Great to see this place still makes the traditional polish favourites - peirogi, cabbage roll, potato fusczki, polish poppy seed roll. Potato fuczki was a delight - pan fried potato rosti layered between sauerkraut and cheese, complimented with a fresh salad nicely balanced to cut through the oiliness of rosti. Peirogi are a classic and thank you for sticking to the traditinal recipe - the soft mouthwatering pillows filled with tasty cabbage and mushroom are beautiful just the way they are! The poppy seed roll was a great way to finish my lunch full of flavour of poppy and zesty orange - delicious! Staff are friendly and welcoming! Great atmosphere. Please bring back the seabuckthorn drink - very delicious and healthy!

Food was okay, the flavours weren’t really there. Got Polish dumplings with cabbage and had little flavour. Sausage dish had bread, sauerkraut and veg but the ingredients didn’t go very well together. The atmosphere was stunning though, the decor and shop felt so cosy. The outdoor area was beautiful with a nice fire and plenty of knitted blankets and plants. Staff were quite nice.

Located at the entrance to the Dairy Flat road precinct, at the north side of the roundabout, there is plenty of parking to make your visit to 'As Nature Intended' easy. There is a ramp to the entrance for accessibility, and there is a welcoming vibe with a garden outdoor seating area that's under cover. Step inside and you're greeted with a store that has fresh organic produce on the right. Pasta products and ingredients on the left, along with tea and fragrance products. There are also rice and grains near the ordering counter. Fancy something to eat and drink, well 'As Nature Intended' is also a great cafe. Your taste buds can be tantalised with breakfast options like Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, or step it up to something more lunch time like such as a jackfruit burger or a jackfruit curry, or polish sausage. There is also a selection of savoury and sweet pastries on offer. Fancy something sweet? There's a wonderful selection of cakes and muffins available. Burnt orange cheesecake, gluten free chocolate cake, passionfruit polenta cake, carrot cake, strawberry cheesecake... And more! Coffees, teas, iced coffee, iced chocolate, smoothies.... wash down the amazing food with a thirst quenching drink. It's all wholesome and wholefoods; so it's gotta be good right? Come and visit and bring along the folk who are not usually into the healthy stuff, as this place will convince them how great and tasty healthy can be!
